Monthly Service Plan: Service Contract term is for 3 years. The service contract can be cancelled after 24 months with 90-day notice and a $100.00 early termination fee.

Monthly Monitoring Fee General Overview:

The monthly monitoring fee is the cost of the wireless data transmission of vehicle data from the vehicle to The MARCUS® Application.
Location / Status Reports are sent from the vehicle every 5 minutes while the vehicle is in motion. The vehicle is constantly monitored (24 hours per day, 7 days per week)
The Monthly Service Plan includes 2 Login User Names to The MARCUS® Application.
All new unit activations require an Activation Fee. A Reactivation Fee will be accessed if the customer wishes to turn service on after it has been disconnected due to late payment or customer request.

Ancillary Services:

Additional Login User Names may be added to a Customer account for a monthly fee of $5.00 each.
Customer may obtain an immediate Location / Status Report for a cost of $0.01 per Report or “Ping.”
Special billing request that are not provided generically by Discrete Wireless will be accessed a custom billing fee.
Sensor service to include door, PTO, Idle, etc. has a $5.00 charge per radio per month.
